Anti-IL-21R (CD360) [4A9] Antibody

This rat IgG2a monoclonal antibody was raised against rat YB2/0 cell line expressing truncated IL-2R and is specific for mouse Interleukin 21 receptor (IL-21R).

Highlights:

  • Reacts with mouse IL-21R
  • Antibody has been shown to block the biological activity of IL-21R in vivo

IL-21 receptor (IL-21R) also known as CD360, is a member of the type 1 cytokine receptor family that forms a functional heterodimeric receptor complex with the common gamma chain (CD132). IL-21R is expressed on both resting and activated B cells, T cells, NK cells and dendritic cells. Upon IL-21 binding, IL-21R activates downstream Jak-1, Jak-3, STAT1, STAT3 and STAT 5 signal transduction pathways to induce the proliferation and differentiation of T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, and NK cells.
