Anti-PECAM-1, IgG Domain 5 [MBC 78.1] Antibody

This IgG2a mouse monoclonal (MBC 78.1) was generated against human PECAM-1 and is specific for human PECAM-1.

Highlights:

  • Reacts with human PECAM-1
  • Suitable for Western Blot and Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting
Platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 (PECAM-1) is a 130-kD member of the immunoglobulin superfamily expressed on the surface of circulating platelets, monocytes, neutrophils, and some T cell subsets. It is a major constituent of the endothelial cell intercellular junction where up to a million PECAM-1 molecules are concentrated. With a few minor exceptions, PECAM-1 is not present on fibroblasts, epithelium, muscle or other nonvascular tissue.
