2B11 was generated by immunizing mice with marmoset IgG that was purified from serum and screened against various primate species.
This antibody is pan-specific and cannot distinguish IgG of various primate species.
From the laboratory of Keith Reimann, DVM, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
|Isotype:||IgG2b kappa, mouse|
|Immunogen:||marmoset IgG purified from serum|
|Purification Method:||Protein G|
Species specificity was determined via ELISA. ELISA plates were coated with primate IgG (purified from serum) and tested for reactivity with 2B11-biotin. Binding detected using 1:10,000 streptavidin-HRP.
