Prostate Cancer Cell Line (22Rv1-undup3)

Human prostate cancer cell line, 22Rv1-undup3 is one of the cell clones isolated from 22Rv1 that is genetically corrected using TAL effector nuclease to delete the tandem duplication of exon3-CE3 of androgen receptor genome in 22Rv1 cell that drives the expression of androgen receptor variant 7 (ARv7).
