Cholesterol 22-hydroxylase (CYP90B27)

CYP90B27 is a cytochrome P450 enzyme that catalyzes the hydroxylation of cholesterol at position C-22 to form 22-hydroxycholesterol. CYP90B27 can also hydroxylate 27(25R)-hydroxycholesterol and 7?-hydroxycholesterol, also at position C-22.
