Anti-Bid [14F2] Antibody

This rat IgG2a monoclonal antibody was generated against a full length bacterial fusion protein corresponding to Bid, and is specific for mouse Bid.

Bid, a member of BH3 only Bcl-2 family of proteins, transmits the pro-apoptotic signal activated by the death receptor family from the cytoplasmic membrane to the mitochondria. Bid cleaved by caspase-8 to the active form tBid.
