Anti-Caspase 1 [5B10] Antibody
This IgG2a rat antibody was generated against the bacterial fusion protein p20 and recognizes mouse caspase 1.
Caspase 1 is an important mediator of the inflammatory response through cleavage of the pro form of interleukin 1ß. It has been shown to induce cell necrosis or pyroptosis and is thought to function in various developmental stages.
