This rabbit polyclonal antibody was generated against GST-Forkhead box protein M1 (FoxM1b) FoxM1 (amino acids 365-748) and is specific for human FoxM1b, C-Terminal.
Highlights:
Forkhead box protein M1 is a member of the FOX family of proteins involved in gene expression specifically transcription factors. It is an important protein in cell cycle where endogenous FOXM1 expression peaks at S and G2/M phases. Abnornmal upregulationof FOXM1b is known to be a marker in skin cancer.
