Firefly Luciferase-IRES (CMV, puromycin) Lentivirus

This lentivirus coexpresses Firefly luciferase and puromycin driven by the CMV promoter, allowing generation of Firefly luciferase positive cell clones by puromycin selection.

Luciferase is an enzyme that is catalyzes the oxidation of luciferin to generate bioluminescence. Firefly luciferase refers to the enzyme that was isolated from Photinus pyralis.
