Amino-11-ddUTP

Amino-11-ddUTP is a terminator triphosphate for enzymatic end-labeling of DNA. The nucleotide is incorporated by Taq DNA polymerase, Sequenase, Klenow fragment. Subsequent reaction of amino-DNA with activated esters can be used for the non-radioactive end-labeling of DNA.
