Anti-Ferret B Cell, Light Chain (Ig lambda) [4-D11] Antibody

This mouse IgG1k monoclonal antibody was raised against ferret Ig (IgG + IgM) and is specific for ferret immunoglobulin (Ig).

Highlights:

  • Recognizes ferret Ig
  • Can be used as an indicator of B cell malignancies such as multiple myeloma
  • Screened for reactivity against ferret peripheral blood mononuclear cells by FCM and demonstrate specificity for CD79B+ B cells
  • Specific for the light chain of surface B cell receptor (BCR) and engageable segregation of kappa and lambda B cells, and represents great improvement over polyclonal anti-ferret Ig
  • Suitable for Western Blot, ELISA, ELISPOT and Flow Cytometry applications
