CCL4 Antibodies

These mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibodies were generated against yeast expressed chicken Chemokine (C-C motif) ligands 4 (CCL4) and recognize chicken CCL4.

Highlights:

  • Reacts with chicken CCL4
  • May be useful for basic and applied studies in avian immunology
  • Suitable for Western Blot applications
  • Clone 15D9 also used in ELISA, Immunocytochemistry and Flow Cytometry applications (Vet Immunol Immunopathol. 2020 Sep;227:110091)

CCL4, also known as Macrophage inflammatory protein-1β is a CC chemokine with specificity for CCR5 receptors. It is a chemoattractant for natural killer cells, monocytes and a variety of other immune cells.
