These mouse monoclonal antibodies were generated against yeast expressed chicken Chemokine ligand 5 (CCL5) and recognize chicken CCL5.

CCL5, also known as RANTES (regulated on activation, normal T cell expressed and secreted) is a CC chemokine with specificity for CCR1, CCR3 and CCR5 receptors. It is chemotactic for T cells, eosinophils, and basophils, and plays an active role in recruiting leukocytes into inflammatory sites.
