Xenopus TET3 Antibodies

These rabbit IgG polyclonal antibodies were raised against 677 amino acid stretch of X. laevis TET3 (xTET3) corresponding to amino acids 217-840 and recognize xenopus Tet methylcytosine dioxygenase 3 (TET3) .

Highlights:

  • Reacts with xenopus TET3
  • Suitable for Immunohistochemistry applications

Tet methylcytosine dioxygenase 3 is a member of the ten-eleven translocation (TET) gene family. TET3, play a role in the DNA methylation process. Mutations in TET3 have been associated with abnormal phenotypic features including intellectual disability, developmental delay, hypotonia, autistic traits, movement disorders, growth abnormalities and facial dysmorphism.
