Unfortunately, Kerafast is not VAT exempt. For non-US customers, to avoid being charged for any import duties and taxes, please enter your valid nine-digit FedEx account number in the shipping section when checking out, or in include it with your PO at the time of ordering. Room temperature international orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy. Temperature-sensitive products (antibodies, proteins, cells, etc.) will be shipped via FedEx International Priority. To ensure safe delivery of temperature-sensitive products, weekly cut-off times have been established. For European or South American customers, the deadline for same-week shipping is 12:00 p.m. ET Monday (for shipment Monday afternoon). For Asian Pacific customers, the cut-off time is 9:00 a.m. ET Friday (for shipment on Friday). Orders received after these deadlines will be shipped the next following Monday or Friday in order to mitigate any spoilage due to delays in customs clearance.International Customs: At the time of shipment, we will provide all necessary documentation and proactively monitor shipment progress in order to minimize potential delays or spoilage. This documentation helps most orders clear customs without any problems. If you are concerned about customs issues, we recommend that you contact your local customs office before or as soon as your order ships to make sure there are no special steps you need to take. We also encourage you to track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipment notification so that you are aware of any problems or delays. Ultimately, however, Kerafast is not responsible for delays or spoilage due to customs clearance.
