Anti-Ferret B Cell, Heavy Chain (IgH) [6-B7] Antibody, 100ug

These mouse IgG1k monoclonal antibodies were raised against ferret Ig (IgG + IgM) and are specific for ferret immunoglobulin (Ig).

Highlights:

  • Recognize ferret Ig
  • Can be used as an indicator of B cell malignancies such as multiple myeloma
  • Screened for reactivity against ferret peripheral blood mononuclear cells by FCM and demonstrate specificity for CD79B+ B cells
  • Several of these monoclonals are specific for the light chain of surface B cell receptor (BCR) and engable segreation of kappa and lambda B cells, and represent great improvement over polyclonal anti-ferret Ig
  • Suitable for Western Blot, ELISA, ELISPOT and Flow Cytometry applications

Ferret (Mustela putorius furo) serves as an animal model for the study of several viruses that cause human disease, most notably influenza.
