Anti-Xyloglucan [CCRC-M103] Antibody (supernatant)

This mouse IgM monoclonal antibody was generated against xyloglucan/BSA (covalent) and recognizes the XXXG structure for carbohydrate antigen of xyloglucan.

Highlights:

  • Reacts with XXXG structure for carbohydrate antigen of xyloglucan
  • No cross-reactivity with other xyloglucan subunits
  • Suitable for ELISA, Immunolabeling and Immunofluorscence applications

Xyloglucan is a hemiceullose or polysaccharide that is found in the primary cell wall of all vascular plants. Xyloglucan binds to the surface of cellulose microfibrils and may link them together.
