Recombinant p65-GST Protein

This protein has a GST fusion tag for efficient immunodetection.

p65 (reticuloendotheliosis viral oncogene homolog A, RelA) is a subunit of NF-κB. NF-κB is a pleiotropic transcription factor present in almost all cell types and is involved in many biological processed such as inflammation, immunity, differentiation, cell growth, tumorigenesis and apoptosis. NF-κB is a homo- or heterdimeric complex formed by Rel family subunits. p65 (RelA) can homodimerize or form heterodimeric complexes with p50, c-Rel, and p52.
