Burkitt Lymphoma Cell Lines

EBV-negative Burkitt lymphoma cells, from a 5-years old African girl, transduced with KSHV latent protein LANA using, or as untransduced control.

  • BJAB-L-YFP: Transduced with KSHV latent protein LANA using lentiviral vector, pLVxAcYFP-C1 containing full length LANA
  • BJAB-YFP: Non-transduced control cell line
