Noroxomaritidine reductase (NNR) from Narcissus sp. aff. pseudonarcissus is produced in E. coli BL21 (Rosetta) cells and purified by affinity chromatography using His-tag.

Noroxomaritidine reductase (EC 1.14.19.50) is an enzyme involved in Amaryllidaceae alkaloid biosynthesis and catalyzes the reduction of noroxomaritidine to form oxomaritinamine.
