C6 rho-0#14 Cell Line

C6 rho-0#14 cell line is a derivative of the rat C6 glyoma cells, which have lost their mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) as a result of transient transfection with plasmid pMA4008 encoding HSV UL12.5M185 protein, which damages mtDNA by an unknown mechanism.
