pcDNA3-Gal4-HIF-1a Plasmids

The PcDNA3-Gal4-HIF-1a plasmids are used to made to test the transactivation activity of HIF-1a using reporters genes driven by GAL4 binding sites.

Highlights:

  • Can be used to test the effects of physiological or pathological conditions, drugs and various physical and chemical exposure on HIF-1 activity.

pcDNA3-Gal4-HIF1a744-826 and pcDNA3-Gal4-HIF-1a786-826 were constructed by replacing the XhoI-XbaI fragment of pcDNA3-Gal4 (part of Gal4DBD) with XhoI-XbaI fragments from pM-HIF1a-744-826 and pM-HIF1a-786-826.
