Anti-GnRH [HU11B] Antibody

This mouse IgG1k monoclonal antibody was generated against synthetic luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) decapeptide conjugated to bovine thyroglobulin and recognizes human, mouse and rat gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) .

Highlights:

  • Reacts with human, mouse and rat GnRH
  • Suitable for Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry applications

Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) is a releasing hormone responsible for the release of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) from the anterior pituitary. Mutations in this gene are associated with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.
