Anti-Glucuronoxylan [LM28] Antibody

This rat IgM monoclonal antibody was generated against polysaccharide and recognizes land plants glucuronoxylan.

Highlights:

  • Reacts with land plants glucuronoxylan
  • Suitable for Immunofluorescence applications
  • Suitable for Immunofluorescence and ELISA applications

Generated using a complex pectic immunogen. The monoclonal antibody can recognise glucuronosyl substituted xylans in several species and MeGlcA is not required for recognition. Glucuronoxylans are the primary components of hemicellulose as found in hardwood trees. They are hemicellulosic plant cell wall polysaccharides, containing glucuronic acid and xylose as its main constituents.
