Residue-Free 3D Printed Cell Culture Inserts

These inserts are useful for seeding cells within custom and defined residue-free surface areas, which maximize cell seeding area and facilitate longer incubation times, promoting maximal cell attachment and cell spreading.

Highlights

  • Allow accurate and reproducible cell seeding within custom-defined substrate areas in a wide array of cell culture uses
  • Deter solution evaporation which facilitates longer incubation times and promotes cell attachment and spreading
  • Emulate the normal physiological setting of the cells at experiment onset
  • Ideal for parallel plate flow chamber experiments where cell perfusion area is limited to the manufacturer’s defined gasket area
