Anti-Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae Ciliary Adhesin Protein P97 [F1B6 ] Hybridoma

This hybridoma line constitutively produces mycoplasma hyopneumoniae ciliary adhesin protein P97 [F1B6].

Highlights:

  • Antibody inhibits the adherence of mycoplasma hyopneumoniae to porcine cilia
  • Suitable for Western Blot

Mycoplasma hyopnemoniae is a bacteria known to known to cause the disease porcine enzootic pneumonia, a highly contagious and chronic disease affecting pig. M. hyopneumoniae has been found to attach to the cilia of epithelial cells in the lungs of swine.
