ELISA: ACE2 Fc fusion protein binding to immobilized SARS-CoV-2 RBD Fc fusion protein. 96-well plate was coated with the SARS-CoV-2 RBD Fc fusion protein at 5 ug/ml. The ACE2 Fc fusion protein (Kf-Pr00439) were titrated on a 3-fold serial dilution starting at 10 ug/ml.

RBD Fc binding to immobilized ACE2 Fc fusion proteins. 96-well plates were coated with the ACE2 Fc fusion proteins (Kf-Pr00439 and Kf-Pr00441) at 5 ug/ml. The SARS-CoV-2 RBD Fc fusion protein conjugated to HRP was titrated on a 3-fold serial dilution starting at 10 ug/ml.

ACE2-NN-Ig was generated from ACE2-Ig by altering the codons of ACE2 active-site histidines 374 and 378 to those of asparagines, using the QuikChange method. Fc fragment has silencing LALA mutations introduced.
