Anti-Kinesin-Like Protein (KiF20B) [10C7] Antibody

This mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody was raised against amino acids 1732 to 1747 of Human Kinesin Family Member 20B (KIF20B) and recognizes KIF20B.

Highlights:

  • Reacts with KIF20B
  • Suitable for Immunocytochemistry, Indirect Immunofluorescence and Western Blot applications

KIF20B (Kinesin Family Member 20B) is a plus-end-directed motor enzyme that is required for completion of cytokinesis. Diseases associated with KIF20B include Bladder Cancer and Primary Autosomal Recessive Microcephaly. Among its related pathways are Golgi-to-ER retrograde transport and Gastric Cancer Network 1. Gene Ontology (GO) annotations related to this gene include ATPase activity and microtubule motor activity.
