Anti-IgG [8E11] Antibody
8E11 was generated by immunizing mice with baboon IgG and screening hybridomas against IgG of various primate species.
Highlights:
- 8E11 Reacts with IgG of: human, mangabey, vervet, chimpanzee
- 8E11 does NOT react with IgG of: rhesus (M. mulatta), cynomoglus (M. fascicularis) or pigtailed macaques (M. nemestrina).
- Recognizes human isotypes IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4
