Anti-IgG, Macaque Pan-Species [1B3] Antibody

1B3 was generated by immunizing mice with baboon IgG and screening hybridomas against IgG of various primate species.

Highlights:

  • 1B3 Reacts with IgG of: rhesus, cyno and pigtailed macaques and baboon
  • 1B3 does NOT react with IgG of: human, mangabey, vervet, chimpanzee, or mamoset
  • Recognizes rehsus IgG1 and IgG3
