Anti-PKA-RII (PRKAR2A) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody was generated against protein kinase A-RII (PKA-RII) and recognizes rat, mouse, and human PKA.

Highlights:

  • Reacts with mouse, rat, and human PKA-RII (other species not testsed)
  • Suitable for Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, and EM-Immunogold applications

cAMP-dependent protein kinase type II-alpha regulatory subunit (PRKAR2A, PKA-RII) is a regulatory subunit of the cAMP-dependent protein kinases involved in cAMP signaling in cells. Type II regulatory chains mediate membrane association by binding to anchoring proteins, including the MAP2 kinase.
