The Wang laboratory is interested in developing tools for biological and biomedical studies. Currently, their research is mainly focused in three areas: 1) developing novel fluorescent probes to quantitatively monitor real-time glutathione dynamics in living cells; 2) developing small molecule inhibitor against coactivators to treat breast cancer; and 3) developing novel materials and strategies for non-viral gene delivery.
