Procedure
- Prepare cells
- For transformed E.coli, yeast or mammalian cell lines, inoculate the cells and grow to the density that is optimal for induction
- For mammalian cell transient expression, transfect the cells following the specific protocols
- Induce cell expression
- For E.coli, yeast or inducible mammalian cell lines, add the enzyme expression enhancer together with the inducing molecule
- For mammalian cell transient expression, add the enzyme expression enhancer 12 to 16 hours after transfection (the enzyme expression enhancer can be added together with other enhancer molecules)
