6dEB Plasmids

These plasmids (pBP144 and pBP130, used together) allow for the production of 6-deoxyerythronolide B (6dEB), the polyketide precursor to erythromycin, when residing in a strain of E. coli (such as BAP1) capable of supporting heterologous polyketide production.
