Human Monocyte Derived Dendritic Cells

These monocyte derived dendritic cells can be utilized in a variety of applications, ranging from vaccinology to MLR and ADCC assays.

Dendritic cells play a major role in recognizing threats in vivo and directing the immune system's response. Because dendritic cells in blood are small in number, they are typically obtained by the differentiation of peripheral blood derived monocytes in the presence of IL4 and GM-CSF.
