ODIBO-EG4-NHS

ODIBO-EG4-NHS for strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) applications.

Highlights:

  • Reacts with azide 50-100 times faster than DBCO (a.k.a., ADIBO or DIBAC) and 200-400 faster than DIBO.
  • Significantly reduces the time required for bio-conjugation and /or allows for conducting SPAAC ligations at much lower concentrations
  • Equipped with amine-reactive NHS group for easy derivatization of peptides, proteins, and tissues
  • Long shelf life under ambient conditions
  • Suitable strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC), SPANC, SPANOC, IEDDA, and thiol-yne reactions for the cell and tissue labeling, surface modifications, chemical synthesis, triazole synthesis
  • Excess of reagent can be conveniently quenched with sodium azide solution

Precursors in the study of strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC), SPANC, Diels-Alder, and thiol-yne reactions cell and tissue labeling, surface modifiers, chemical synthesis, homo- and hetero-nuclear π metastasis reactions, light-selective labeling, photo-patterning, triazole synthesis, azide quenching reactions.
