The CHOPWT10 iPS cells were generated from normal blood cells, reprogrammed using non-integrating Sendai viral vectors expressing Oct3/4, Sox2, c-Myc, and Klf4.

An induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line, designated CHOPWT10, was created by reprogramming blood cells obtained from a normal individual. Reprogramming was performed using non-integrating Sendai viral vectors expressing Oct3/4, Sox2, c-Myc, and Klf4.
