Anti-Arabinogalactan [MH4.3E5] Antibody (supernatant)

This mouse IgM monoclonal (MH4.3E5) was generated against tobacco leaf protoplast and recognizes pectic arabinogalactans and arabinogalactan proteins from diverse plants.

Highlights:

  • Reacts with tobacco and diverse other plant arabinogalactans
  • Suitable for ELISA applications

Arabinogalactans are a biopolymer consisting of arabinose and galactose monosaccharides. It is the major component of mycobacterial cell wall and the major component of gums. Arabinogalactans are also present as side-chains on the pectic polysaccharide, rhamnogalacturonan I.
