Human Recombinant Histones from XTAL BioStructures
Human recombinant histones offered by XTAL are expressed in E. coli, refolded from inclusion bodies, and purified by size exclusion and ion-exchange chromatography. The histone octamer consists of the individual histones (H2A.1, H2B, H3.2, and H4) and is purified by size exclusion chromatography. Highly purified (>98%, SDS-PAGE) individual histone monomers are also available.
XTAL's proprietary discovery pathways and products are meant to be the benchmark for candidate characterization and validation. They have created a suite of products and services that ensure the most thorough and precise analysis of the candidate's expected in-vivo efficacy and mechanism of action.
